Family Portrait’s on Maui :: The Hammerstone’s

The Hammerstone’s are some our very favorite clients. We photographed their wedding at Merriman’s Kapalua on Oct. 14th 2012. Fast forward 1 year and they are back with their beautiful baby boy Landon. We are so honored to be able to document these fleeting moments for old clients and new familes. Besides ….. Whats a home without family portraits on the wall?

1st Place International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers 2013 Fall Wedding Photo Contest

We are so excited and honored that Dmitri’s Image won 1st place in the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers 2013 Fall wedding photography contest in the Bride Portrait Category.  International Award Winning Photography Dmitri :: Im still so taken back and suprised that this image won. It was a random unplanned photo and I have to thank Erin Hartigan, my awesome and adventourous bride who was so cooperative in creating this image. There was this great synergy when I was working with her that made the entire session seem so natural, unforced and one of my all time favorites :)

Maui Family Portrait :: The Weber’s

I love repeat clients! I photographed Tom and his Family back in 2011 when they were on Maui. We chose DT Flemming beach park as their location. One of my favorite places to photograph families vacationing on Maui because of it has so many great features for photography. Great light, a reflective pond and a long, vast beach. We just love shooting Maui family portraits because everyone is hanging loose on vacation and and has that no-worries type of attitude. Good times! Big thanks to the Weber’s!
